Hope to meet you at an upcoming event.
When my dad passed away a few years ago, it impacted me in ways I just never imagined. I took for granted the champion and friend I had. It forced me to reflect and recognize no tomorrow is ever guaranteed. Why wait to live a life you feel called to live now.
A passion was growing and it was time to trade my corporate career for a bit of the unkown. As my family had left their mark on the land, it was time for me to as well. Not in the same way they had in tilling the ground, raising new crops every year, or by welcoming the spring newborns, but by salvaging the heritage of craftsman generations before and creating new memories for generations to come.
By salvaging the same materials and repurposing into new pieces, there is a sense of newness for tomorrow, while carying on the legacy of yesterday.
My style is very reflective of who I am. While pretty sturdy, I'm a little rough and worn around the edges.
